Dr. David Adams
Dr. Adams attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received his undergraduate and Doctor of Medicine degrees. He then attended Duke University Medical School where he completed his residency and post-graduate training in Family Medicine in 1992. He enjoys music and theater.
Kelly Weitz, PA-C
Kelly attended Lehigh University where she received an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry. She then obtained her Masters in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. She worked as a chemist at University of Pittsburgh and then Allegheny Hospital for 4 years. She moved in 2006 where she worked for 5 years at GlaxoSmithKlein. She completed her degree in Physician Assistant Studies at East Carolina University and has practiced in Family Medicine for 7 years. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and rooting on her Pittsburgh sports teams.
Caroline Hadley, FNP-C
Caroline attended University of Miami where she received her Bachelor's in Nursing. She then received her Masters in Nursing at SNHU in Patient Quality and Safety. Afterwards, Caroline then received her degree to become a Family Nurse Practitioner through Northeastern University. She enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her family and dogs. She also enjoys cheering on Boston sports teams.
Dr. LaRose attended Florida Atlantic University, Christine E. Lynn's College of Nursing, where she received her degrees in Bachelor of science in Nursing, Master's in Science of Nursing and Doctorate in Nursing Practice. During her doctorate program, she completed a quality improvement project using therapeutic interactive pets with individuals who have dementia. Her study improved participant's behavioral and psychological symptoms as well as cognitive status. As an Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, she hopes to provide a person-centered approach to her patients to help improve their quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.
